Terms of Use
Effective September 28, 2026
Evenwake is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The points below add to it; if anything here conflicts with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA applies.
Health and safety
Evenwake gives travel and wellness guidance. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- Check with your doctor before following a plan if you have a health condition, a sleep disorder, are pregnant or take medication.
- Plans are estimates from a published mathematical model of the body clock, not measurements of you. They can't promise how you will feel.
- Evenwake never suggests a dose of anything. If you use melatonin, the dose is for your doctor or pharmacist to decide.
- Evenwake is not for pilots or cabin crew on duty. Follow your operator's fatigue rules.
- Don't follow a plan when it would be unsafe, for example if you need to drive while sleepy.
Subscriptions and purchases
Your first trip is free, from start to finish. After that, Evenwake Pro is sold through the App Store as a monthly subscription (US$4.99), an annual subscription (US$19.99) or a one-time lifetime purchase (US$39.99). Prices are in U.S. dollars; Apple shows the price in your country before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel them anytime in your Apple Account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
Flight data
Flight search results come from a third-party schedule provider and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Check the times against your booking; you can always edit them or add flights by hand.
